What the Bleep do We Know?

A five-week study group will meet at Trinity Cathedral every Wednesday night in June from 6:30-8:30 to explore issues raised in the film What the Bleep do We Know?  (now widely available on DVD). A study guide along with other resource materials will be used; some weekly reading will be required. Topics to be covered include Paradigm Shift, Quantum Reality,Creating our Days, and Healing the Past. The film will be screened at the first session, June 01.

A tale from my youth...

My mom was one of the early subscribers to the "Word of Faith" movement, as most of us know. Chief among their core beliefs was the notion that if you spoke you're desires they would become reality. This is all based in scripture.

Well, for YEARS the only thing I ever wanted to be when I grew up was a flying squirrel, just like Rocky. What would be cooler, right? So every day for years I would wake up saying "I'm a flying squirrel, I'm a flying squirrel...and so on". Here I sit and the only thing I am is a little squirrelly. So I guess it worked but sure I wish I could fly.
